App. 607, 186 A.3d 1215 (2018), is granted, the judgment of the Appellate Court is vacated, and the case is remanded to that court for reconsideration in light of this court's decision in U.S. Bank National Assn. v. Blowers , 332 Conn. 656, 212 A.3d 226 (2019).
