Appeals having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 6, 2017, and from the judgment of foreclosure of the same court, entered on or about May 18, 2017, and an order of this Court (M-1614) having been entered April 24, 2018 deeming the appeal from the order subsumed in the appeal from judgment of foreclosure, And a decision and order of this Court having been entered on January 8, 2019 (Appeal No. 6956), affirming the aforesaid judgment of foreclosure and sale, And defendant-appellant, pro se, having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal from the judgment of foreclosure sale, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
