Three separate appeals having been taken to this Court from three orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 23, 2019, October 28, 2019 and November 19, 2019, and defendant-appellant having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect said appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the three appeals to the February 2021 Term of this Court.
