Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jonathan E. Samon, Esq., dated June 5, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 21, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 12, 2015, and inserting in its place the date August 11, 2015.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the plaintiff's appeal will be granted.
