DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 28, 2010, and January 7, 2011, respectively, inter alia, to enlarge her time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 9, 2011, which directed her to serve and file a supplemental record containing a properly settled transcript of the traverse hearing held in the above-entitled action on or before September 30, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 9, 2011, is enlarged until December 12, 2011, and on or before that date the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental record; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before January 12, 2012.
