DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application for order directing the pro hac vice admission of Elizabeth Barcus Prelogar, Esq., attorney for the State of California and the District of Columbia, pursuant to Section 520.11(a)(1) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, without costs, and Elizabeth Barcus Prelogar, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing appellant upon the appeal.
