Appeal, No. 6, Jan. T., 1972, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division, of Montgomery County, No. 40236 of 1970, in re estate of Benjamin G. Wells, deceased. Decree affirmed.

Audit of account. Before TAXIS, JR., P. J.

Decree nisi entered confirming account, and surcharge entered against life tenant-trustee. Estate of life tenant-trustee appealed.
