MEMORANDUM OPINION

On September 15, 2005, appellants filed their notice of appeal in this case. On October 19, 2005, we notified appellants by separate letters that the $125 filing fee and the docketing statement were due. We gave appellants ten days to pay the fee and file the docketing statement and warned that their failure to do so could result in the dismissal of the appeal without further notice.

On October 20, 2005, we received a letter from the Dallas County District Clerk's office informing us that the record was being held for the tender of payment. On October 21, 2005, this Court directed appellants to provide us, within ten days, either written verification that they had paid or made arrangements to pay for the record or that they had been found entitled to proceed without paying costs. Again, we warned appellants that failure to provide the required documentation within the time specified could result in dismissal of the appeal. As of this date, appellants have not responded to any of our notices or otherwise communicated to this Court regarding this appeal. Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, we DISMISS the appeal. See Appendix to the Tex.R.App.P.b(1)(a); Tex.R.App.P. 5, 32.1, 37.3(b), 42.3(b),(c).
