ORDER
By order entered December 10, 2015, we abated the appeal to allow the parties an opportunity to fulfill the terms of a final settlement agreement. We stated the appeal would be reinstated in sixty days or when the parties filed a motion to dismiss or reinstate the appeal, whichever occurred first. Appellant has filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. Accordingly, we REINSTATE the appeal. The motion to dismiss will be disposed of separately.
