JULIAN RICHARD WELLINGTON, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Alina I. Marshall, Judge.

Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed August 10, 2023, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before August 28, 2023, show cause in writing why respondent's above-referenced motion should not be granted and this case dismissed for lack of prosecution.

Petitioner is advised that should he fail to respond to the Court's Order to Show Cause or fail to appear prepared to proceed to trial in this case remotely on August 30, 2023, the Court may be inclined to grant respondent's motion to dismiss and enter a decision against petitioner for the amounts and for the years set forth in respondent's motion.
