Order, so far as appealed from, granting motion of defendant K.D.C. Realty Corporation for an examination of Max Welinsky, a witness, before trial, and for the production of books, records and documents specified in said order, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
