2. Defendant shall identify its testifying expert(s) (if any) and serve all materials required by Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(2)(B) by September 6, 2002.

3. Counsel for the parties shall have until September 13, 2002, to depose the expert(s) in this matter.
