ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge

On April 10, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. This case was called and recalled from the calendar at the May 1, 2023, remote trial session for Atlanta, Georgia. Petitioner and respondent's counsel both appeared and were heard. During the calendar recall, petitioner made an oral motion for a continuance. Respondent's counsel did not object to petitioner's motion.

Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 10, 2023, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' oral motion for continuance is granted and this case is continued generally.
