This case is currently calendared on the Court's Boston, Massachusetts trial session, scheduled to begin March 25, 2024.
On December 13, 2023, the Commissioner filed a motion to consolidate docket numbers 2656-22, 2802-22. In his motion, the Commissioner indicated that petitioner Kerrs Welding & Iron Works, Inc.'s (Kerrs) views on the motion were unknown. Before ruling, we will allow Kerrs some time to make its opinion known, if it so chooses. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before January 26, 2024, Kerrs shall file an objection, if any, to the motion to consolidate docket numbers 2656-22, 2802-22.
