Petitioner has submitted a petition for writ of mandamus. On May 26, 2011, this Court issued an order directing petitioner to show cause why the mandamus petition should not be dismissed as moot. After considering petitioner's response to the show cause order, to the extent he seeks a writ of mandamus to compel the Second District Court of Appeal to set up his case, the petition is hereby dismissed as moot. To the extent petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus to compel the Second District Court of Appeal to rule in Case No. 2D11-2336, the petition is hereby denied without prejudice. Any other motions or requests for relief are also denied.
