MEMORANDUM OPINION

Jack Welch Jr. and Maria Gonzales have filed in this court a joint motion to dismiss this restricted appeal. In the motion, the parties indicate that they have entered into a settlement agreement that resolves the controversy between the parties. They request that we dismiss this appeal and tax costs against the party incurring the same. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a), (d).

The motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
