ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

This case was originally calendared for trial on June 10, 2024, during the Trial Session of the Court in Dallas, Texas. By Order of the Court dated May 29, 2024, this case was continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On July 29, 2024, Respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that in May 2024, Petitioner had indicated he did not wish to litigate this case and conceded his position in full. Respondent informed the Court that on June 25, 2024, Petitioner indicated to Respondent that he no longer wished to concede his case in full, and Respondent requested documents and information supporting the adjustments at issue in the notice of deficiency from Petitioner. Respondent informed the Court that on June 28, 2024, Petitioner provided the documentation, and Respondent is reviewing the provided materials.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 30, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a status report addressing the status of the case and whether jurisdiction should be released for this case to be calendared for trial during an upcoming Trial Session of the Court in Dallas, Texas.
