ORDER

The motion to file a supplemental brief is GRANTED and the supplemental brief filed with the motion is accepted.

The delayed application for leave to appeal is GRANTED only as to issue two, whether the trial court erred in determining appellee-wife's premarital portion of her rollover IRA. The time for taking further steps in this appeal runs from the date of the Clerk's certification of this order. MCR 7.205(E)(3). This appeal is limited to the issues raised in the application and supporting brief. MCR 7.205(E)(4).

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED as to issue one regarding the modification of spousal support.

On the Court's own motion pursuant to MCR 7.216(A)(7), this case is CONSOLIDATED with the claim of appeal filed in Docket No. 368183, Weitzman v Weitzman.
