ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE


This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff's Complaint. The Plaintiff has failed to take any action after filing his Complaint, nor has any Defendant filed an answer. THEREFORE, it is hereby

ORDERED that due to the failure to file any subsequent pleading, the Court orders the Plaintiff to show good cause why this action should not be dismissed with prejudice. It is further ORDERED that the Plaintiff has ten (10) days from the date of service to respond to this order.
