DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 13, 2021, December 9, 2021, and July 27, 2022, respectively, which were determined by decisions and orders of this Court dated September 13, 2023. Motion by the respondents, inter alia, for leave to reargue the appeals from the orders dated July 13, 2021, and December 9, 2021, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court determining those appeals. Separate motion by the respondents, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue the appeal from the order dated July 27, 2022, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court determining that appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied, with $100 costs.
