DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to be restored to possession of the garden and back stoop at the subject premises, and to enjoin the respondent from removing her personal property from those locations, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 9, 2016. Separate motion by the appellant for the Court to take judicial notice of certain material in considering her motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
