An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Court of Claims of the State of New York, entered on or about February 11, 2020,

And claimant-appellant having moved, pro se, for reargument of an order of this Court, entered on March 11, 2021 (M-492), which denied his motion for a protective order and for an extension of time to serve defendants-respondents with his brief and appendix,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
