This case is currently calendared on the Court's New York, New York, trial session, scheduled to begin April 25, 2022.

On March 29, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that the parties have reached a basis for settlement. On April 18, 2022, petitioner Sheila M. Weir filed a motion to proceed remotely. The Court held a conference call with the parties on April 20, 2022, to discuss the pending motion and the status of this case. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 20, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case. Should this case not settle, the parties should expect to have another conference call with the Court. It is further

ORDERED that Ms. Weir's motion to proceed remotely is denied as moot.
