INJUNCTIONS, § 195issuance without notice or bond. Issuance of interlocutory injunction without notice or bond or any showing of good cause therefor, and without any showing that complainants would be unduly prejudiced unless so issued, was improper, and order granting issuance of such injunction would be reversed.
