Pending in the above-docketed matter is a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution as to petitioner Myron N. Weinstein, as supplemented, and a Stipulation of Settled Issues as to petitioner Katherine Levine. At this juncture, and in order to enable the requisite comprehensive resolution of the proceeding via an Order of Dismissal and Decision, it is
ORDERED that, on or before August 18, 2023, respondent and petition Katherine Levine shall file a supplement to the Stipulation of Settled setting forth the amounts due from petitioner Katherine Levine for the taxable year 2017 before and after application of section 6015(c) of the Internal Revenue Code (I.R.C.). The Court would expect such supplement to reflect the language that would be used in a proposed decision document.
