Order denying defendant's motion to examine plaintiff before trial unanimously modified and the examination is allowed as to items 1, 3, 6 and 7 and, as so modified, affirmed with $10 costs and disbursements to the appellant. The date for the examination to proceed shall be fixed in the order. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
