In an action to recover damages for personal injuries and for medical expenses and loss of services, defendants appeal from an order granting plaintiffs' motion for a preference in the trial of the action. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Wenzel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
