ORDER

The case at Docket No. 17202-19 is calendared for trial at the trial session of the Court commencing April 11, 2022, in New York, New York. However, on March 7, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion to Consolidate that case and the case at Docket No. 27793-21 for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion. Petitioners thereafter filed on March 8, 2022, a Motion for Continuance at Docket No. 17202-19. Respondent has no objection to the granting of the foregoing Motions.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced Motion for Continuance is granted, and the case at Docket No. 17202-19 is stricken from the calendar of the New York, New York trial session commencing April 11, 2022, and restored to the general docket. It is further

ORDERED that the cases at Docket Nos. 17202-19 and 27793-21 are assigned to Judge Albert G. Lauber for trial or other disposition. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced Motion to Consolidate is granted, and the above-docketed cases are consolidated for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion.
