Order modified so as to provide that Lillian C. Trueg and defendants E. Palmer Burnham, Leslie Herman, Earle H. Rodney and Manuel Oviedo shall be plaintiffs, and that Benjamin Weiner shall be defendant, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
