MECHANICS' LIENS, § 16 — right of purchaser of real estate to lien for repairs. An individual who buys real estate on contract makes repairs on such real estate at his own risk and expense, and where such individual subsequently makes default in terms of the contract, he cannot maintain a claim for mechanic's lien for the cost of such repairs.
