Appeal, No. 192, Jan. T., 1968, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Northumberland County, Sept. T., 1966, No. 638, in case of William F. Weikel v. Raymond A. Bailey. Judgment affirmed.

Trespass for personal injuries. Before MOSER, J.

Verdict for defendant; plaintiff's motion for new trial refused and judgment entered on the verdict. Plaintiff appealed.

Andrew M. Pipa, Jr., with him Pipa Younkin, for appellant.

John A. Carpenter, with him Carpenter, Carpenter Diehl, for appellee.


Judgment affirmed.
