ORDER

J. PAUL OETKEN, District Judge

On December 21, 2022, Plaintiff informed the Court that he would proceed pro se in this matter. He also informed the Court that he wished to file six exhibits under seal, in support of his motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction.

The Clerk of Court is therefore directed to docket Plaintiff's December 28, 2022 filings, which were submitted via the Pro Se Intake Unit, under seal.
