I, Lukas Morkeliunas, am the Defendant identified as the Individual, Partnership, or Unincorporated Association doing business using the seller identity SemanticSearchLtd in Plaintiff's Complaint filed in the above-captioned case and hereby state the following:
1. I have personal knowledge in connection with this matter and am over the age of 18 years.
2. I have reviewed, individually and with my counsel, the proposed Consent Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction to be submitted to the Court in connection with the matter Weifang Tengyi Jewelry Trading Co., Ltd. v. The Partnerships And Unincorporated Associations Identified On Schedule “A”, United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois. A copy of the form of the Consent Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction which I reviewed, individually and with my counsel, is attached as Exhibit One to Plaintiff's Motion for Entry of Consent Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction.
