This case is calendared for trial on the Court's November 29, 2021, San Francisco, California, trial session. On October 28, 2021, petitioner filed a motion for continuance with the Court. By Order dated November 4, 2021, the Court directed respondent to file a response to petitioner's motion for continuance on or before November 15, 2021. On November 15, 2021, respondent filed an objection to petitioner's motion. On November 16, 2021, respondent's counsel contacted the chambers of the undersigned to inform the Court that petitioner had produced requested documents and respondent no longer has an objection to the granting of petitioner's motion for continuance. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's November 29, 2021, San Francisco, California trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) on or before January 19, 2022, informing the Court of the then present status of the case.
