ON CONFESSION OF ERROR


We reverse the trial court's finding of criminal contempt against the Appellant upon appellee's confession of error and remand this matter to the trial court for further proceedings. See Pitts v. State, 247 So.2d 53 (Fla. 1971).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
