ORDER OF DISMISSAL

This intellectual property action was filed on July 16, 2003. Defendant Nature's Pharmacy was never served, and on November 19, 2003, this court entered an order to show cause why the case should not be dismissed for failure of service. Plaintiff Weider Nutrition has never responded to that order. Accordingly, the court now dismisses this action with prejudice.

The clerk is directed to close this case.
