Pending before the Court is petitioners' Motion for Entry of Decision, filed January 24, 2022. On July 13, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision, resolving the underlying tax liability that is the subject of this proceeding.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced Motion is granted in that the Court will enter a stipulated decision in this case in due course.
