DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect proceeding and to continue stay.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the proceeding is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the proceeding is extended to July 29, 2013, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to continue the stay is granted, without costs. It is noted that no further continuations of the stay will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay in not perfecting the proceeding.
