DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect proceeding and to continue stay.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for extension of time to perfect the proceeding is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the proceeding is extended to May 1, 2013, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to continue stay is granted, without costs, without prejudice to a motion by respondent to vacate the stay in the event the proceeding is not perfected on or before May 1, 2013.
