Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and referred to Hon. A. Frederick Mignone, state trial referee; judgment dissolving the marriage and granting certain other relief; thereafter, the court denied the defendant's motion to set aside or to reconsider the judgment, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.

Paul A. Weekes, pro se, the appellant (defendant), filed a brief.

Louis I. Parley filed a brief for the appellee (plaintiff).

Our review of the record and briefs filed in this appeal, coupled with our analyses of those claims of error which are properly before this court, indicate that the trial court acted reasonably in the exercise of its discretion and in accordance with the law.
