Motion for a stay granted on condition that the defendant-appellant continue to pay the sum of $150 per week for support of the plaintiff-respondent and that the plaintiff-respondent have exclusive possession of the apartment, and on the further condition that the appellant perfects the appeal for the October 1967 Term of this court.
