ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR STAY AND FOR LIMITED DISCOVERY


Defendant has moved for a stay of its motion to dismiss and for limited discovery. The court hereby DENIES the motion. Defendant is instructed to reply to the memorandum in opposition to the motion to dismiss within the normal time frame. Should the motion to dismiss be resolved against Defendant, discovery will be conducted in its normal course. If during discovery new facts come to light, Defendant can either file a motion for summary judgment or refile its motion to dismiss and the court will consider the motion in light of the new factual information.
