For the reasons given in our opinion issued in this case on April 7, 2022, as T.C. Memo. 2022-32, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for partial summary judgment (Doc. 53) is granted in part, in that there is no genuine dispute that Ps did not use the Mercer Island house as their principal residence for at least two of the five years preceding the sale of that house, and is otherwise denied in part. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than May 13, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) that shall include the parties' recommendation(s) as to a schedule for further proceedings in this case.
