HUSBAND AND WIFE, § 204when amount of award for support was unreasonable. On appeal from decree in separate maintenance action, where defendant contended amount awarded plaintiff for her support was so excessive as to be unconscionable, and it appeared that in order to make payments allowed it was necessary for defendant to deplete his capital, held that decree should be reversed in that respect.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. PHILIP J. FINNEGAN, Judge, presiding.

Decree affirmed in part, reversed in part and cause remanded with directions. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the December term, 1944.
