This case was called from the calendar at the Trial Session of the Court on February 9, 2023, in Tallahassee, Florida. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and orally moved the Court for a continuance. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's oral motion for continuance is granted in that this case is continued pending further direction by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed January 20, 2023, is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served January 20, 2023, is hereby discharged. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are directed on or before March 27, 2023, to file with the Court joint or separate written reports as to the then current status of this case.
