This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on October 17, 2022, in Hartford, Connecticut. On September 26, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. By Order served on the parties on September 28, 2022, the Court ordered petitioner to show cause in writing, on or before October 7, 2022, why this case should not be dismissed for failure to properly prosecute. On October 14, 2022, pursuant to the Court's Standing Pretrial Order served on the parties on June 16, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that the parties have reached a basis for settlement on all issues in this case. Respondent further reports that additional time is needed to finalize and file a stipulated decision document with the Court reflecting the settlement. According to respondent, the parties intend to file the stipulated decision document within 30 days. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the October 17, 2022, Hartford, Connecticut Trial Session of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served on the parties on September 28, 2022, is discharged. It is further
ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed September 26, 2022, is denied as moot. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 14, 2022, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
