Chapter 7 FINAL JUDGMENT

This adversary proceeding came before the Court to consider the issues raised in the Order from the United States District Court. The Trustee is entitled to a $128,000 judgment in his favor due to a fraudulent transfer. Consistent with the memorandum opinion entered simultaneously with this final judgment, it is

Doc. No. 170 (the "District Court Order"). --------

ORDERED that Final Judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff, the Chapter 7 Trustee Richard Webber, and against the Defendant Sun Y. Pak in the amount of $128,000 for which sum let execution issue.
