Respondents having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on August 18, 2015,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Jennifer C. Persico, Esq., sworn to March 11, and March 18, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of John G. Horn, Esq., dated March 17, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered February 4, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 17, 2016, and inserting in its place the date May 9, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 8, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date April 15, 2016, and inserting in its place the date May 24, 2016.
