WILLIAM CHARLES WEBB, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

From the 54th District Court McLennan County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2012-678-C2

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant William Charles Webb has filed a pro se notice of appeal stating that he wishes to appeal from the trial court's denial of his motion for judgment nunc pro tunc. We do not have jurisdiction of an appeal from an order denying a motion for judgment nunc pro tunc. Everett v. State, 82 S.W.3d 735, 735 (Tex. App.—Waco 2002, pet. dism'd) (mem. op.). Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of jurisdiction.
