ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE.

Appellant's brief filed January 2, 2024, states the name of a minor at the time of the offense, namely, the complainant. See Appellant's brief at 8. Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.10(a) provides that sensitive data that may not be included in papers filed with the Court include "the name of any person who was a minor at the time the offense was committed." Tex.R.App.P. 9.10(a)(3). Accordingly, we STRIKE appellant's brief filed January 2, 2024, and we order appellant to file on or before JANUARY 19, 2024, an amended brief referring to any person who was a minor at the time of the offense with initials or generic terms.
